3.5L EcoBoost cam phasers on 2017–2020 — that death rattle at cold start? We fix it. Also 10R80 10-speed fluid service at 60k.
2.0L / 2.3L EcoBoost coolant intrusion on 2013–2019. If your Explorer misfires cold, we scan for CHT sensor abnormalities before you buy a shortblock.
Escape 1.5L / 1.6L EcoBoost head gasket — if you smell coolant, don’t wait. Flex 3.5L is a workhorse; we’ve got Flexes here past 200k.
Expedition 5.4L 3V spark plug breakage — we own the extractor set. Mustang 5.0L Coyote: mostly maintenance, occasionally cam phasers.
Direct injection means carbon on the intake valves. Walnut-blast every 40–60k on 3.5L, 2.7L, 2.3L. Rough idle, lost mileage, wasted fuel. Fixed in a day.
Ford spec Mercon ULV. Not universal, not Mercon LV. 2017+ F-150, Expedition, Mustang, Explorer — drain & refill at 60k, again at 100k. Cheap insurance.
2017+ 3.5L EcoBoost death rattle at cold start. Ford extended coverage for some VINs; we check first, then quote OEM vs updated phasers with new solenoids.
